ELECTRICIAN / ELECTRICAL TECHNOLOGIST
 
The position responsibilities include:
  • Assessing the workspace and work required to ensure the work is performed in the safest manner possible, \
  • Read and understand complex engineering drawings and component specification information in order to assemble components or systems to specifications or work instructions
  • Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, hydraulic systems with assistance from engineering/service personnel,
  • Perform basic tests on installed components to ensure they meet the appropriate standards,
  • Communicate regularly with Engineering and Manufacturing personnel to ensure appropriate company and regulatory standards are met,
  • Operate material handling devices such as cranes and lift trucks in a safe manner,
  • Participate in workplace improvement initiatives.

  • A recognized Certificate of Qualification from a registered apprenticeship as an electrician OR a recognized electrical related course of study; i.e. Electrical Engineering, Electrical Engineering / Control Systems Technologist / Technician.
  • A working knowledge of hydraulic systems,
  • The ability to read and interpret complex engineering drawings and component specification information,
  • The ability to perform math calculations to an SSGD level,
  • Previous experience or certification using material handling devices using cranes and lift trucks.
 
Qualified candidates will earn an hourly rate ranging from $18.85 /hr. to 26.88/hr. ($27.56 / hr. in 2018) depending on experience. Afternoon shift premiums are $1.35 / hr.

  • Assemble and install mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical components per work instructions,

The position responsibilities include:

  • Set up welding equipment according to established  weld procedures,

  • Weld components using GMAW (metal core) and / or SAW (submerged arc)welding processes,

Parts Sales Representative – Eastern US

Our branch warehouse / service facility located in Solon Ohio is currently seeking a: 
 
Parts Sales Representative – Eastern US
 
Reporting to the Customer Service Manager, the Parts Salesperson is responsible for providing quotations for parts orders, processing customer orders, responding to customer inquiries, analyzing parts usage and making parts recommendations to customers. They will also work with branch personnel to monitor parts usage to ensure the appropriate level of inventory is maintained. Regular travel  to dealer locations throughout the eastern US  is required in order to establish and maintain a collaborative working relationship with our dealer network and promote parts sales.
 
The successful candidate will have a post-secondary technical or business education with 5 plus years of experience in parts sales/service in a heavy equipment environment. The preferred candidate will also be proficient with computerized inventory maintenance systems, Microsoft office, and email. Excellent oral and written communication skills are a must. A valid driver’s license and clean driver’s abstract are also required.
