Engineered for exceptional fragmentation, the MCP Series is the perfect tool for secondary demolition and recycling of concrete. High grade steel with special seals keep dust and other debris from pins, ensuring long life and low maintenance.

A high performance cylinder reduces the time needed to open and close jaws, increasing productivity while two replaceable steel bar cutters provide maximum efficiency in cutting rebar.

Replaceable Teeth:

These ensure maximum penetration and fragmentation while being fast and easy to change in the field.

Fast:

A unique speed valve provides for a faster cycle time than most competitors.

Cutting Blades:

Two replaceable cutters allow reinforced steel to be cut.

Large Diameter Hydraulic Cylinder:

This cylinder provides maximum force and is simple to maintain. No hydraulic intensifier is required.

Ripper Shape Design:

This design allows the operator to easily grab material on the ground or in a pile.

High Quality of Material:

The entire structure, excluding the top mounting bracket, is fabricated from a special steel to provide maximum strength and abrasion resistance. The crushing teeth can be easily built up and hard faced as required.

Fixed Jaw is Open:

This allows material to pass through, increasing production.

The hydraulic pulverizer can be used to demolish concrete floors or low walls. It will provide the following benefits; low noise and vibration, good fragmentation, good separation of steel wire from the concrete material, re-utilization of crushed concrete as aggregate material, recycled steel can be sold to the steel mill industry.
