We at BTI are deeply saddened to advise everyone of the death of Robert (Bob) McArthur during a business trip to Peru on the evening of November 8th, 2011. Robert, along with our dealer's representative Edgar Ramirez, were travelling to a mine site where they were involved in a fatal motor vehicle collision.
Robert worked for BTI (Teledyne) for 29 years, most recently as Director of International Sales. He was very well liked and respected by all his friends and colleagues at BTI for his knowledge and dedication to our company. |

Bob had a very strong sense of family and our thoughts and prayers are with his wife Kim and family. He will be greatly missed by all of us at Breaker Technology.

Breaking New Ground:
BTI is strengthening its technical support to underground mining in Quebec and Ontario Canada, through the expansion of its dealer coverage. LES ÉQUIPEMENTS MANUQUIP INC will actively sell and support BTI's wide range of underground mobile machines throughout the province of Quebec. Manuquip is ideally positioned to provide superiour technical assistance as they have been a authorized dealer for BTI for over 20 years in the aggregates market. Recently decided to take the plunge into mining due to customer demand.
Further to our strategic initiative to expand sales and service to mining customers BTI has appointed TES Inc. as its exclusive authorized dealer for mining equipment in Ontario. TES has significant expertise in refurbishing and maintaining mining equipment for over 16 years. BTI is confident that these newly expanded partnerships will add real value to our mining customers across these important regions.
Acquisition of Biomass Pelletizer Technology:
We are excited about the potential of this new technology. Conventional pellet production machines were designed for easy to use materials and do not always work well with a wide variety of wood species. With this acquisition, Breaker Technology can provide a one stop solution to customers desiring to own a pellet plant that can process material from round wood all the way to the finished product.
